hello everybody.im am happy and proud of myself cause i understood how to do eng meh.its really easy if u know the basic.thanks to aizat.anyways went gym today and i felt rather weak.left biceps aching like dont-know-what.and couldnt much and but cardio was great.after that went tiong bahru eat and study at mac.home after that.am looking forward for holidays man.cant wait for all the camps to come.woohoo.
